Finish & Delamination Warranty

Finish Protection

All aluminum frames, hardware, and metal components are protected against:

  • Peeling, chipping, or flaking of factory finishes
  • Corrosion and oxidation under normal conditions
  • Color fading from UV exposure
  • Structural integrity of coatings

Coverage: 5 years on all powder-coated and anodized finishes

Delamination Protection

Insulated glass units (IGUs) and laminated glass products are covered against:

  • Seal failure causing condensation between panes
  • Material separation in laminated glass
  • Edge seal deterioration and failure
  • Loss of insulating gas in double-pane units

Coverage: 10 years on IGU seal failures, lifetime on laminated glass delamination

Important Note:

Finish and delamination warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, harsh chemical cleaners, physical impact, or extreme environmental conditions beyond manufacturer specifications. Normal wear and tear in high-traffic commercial applications may have reduced coverage periods.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Not Covered:

  • • Breakage from thermal stress or impacts
  • • Improper maintenance or cleaning
  • • Alterations by unauthorized parties
  • • Normal wear and scratches from use
  • • Damage from building settlement or structural movement
